About Us
Shadow
2008 - 2020
Shadow was a gift from God. One week away from graduating college, Brodie stopped to pet a dog outside the campus bistro. The owner, who worked on campus, wanted to rehome him. So Brodie left with a dog!
Filled with love she didn’t know was possible, they lived a happy six years together as each other’s soulmate. In 2020, Shadow was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. He lived another five precious months before he passed away in Brodie's arms.
Brodie Ercole, Groomer
Brodie is the founder of Shadow & Co. Pet Grooming Salon. Graduating from Susquehanna University, as a passionate animal lover, she always knew her path in life would involve loving and caring for as many dogs as space would allow! Her goal at Shadow & Co. is to provide a safe, compassionate, relaxing environment for your furry family members. Brodie enjoys hiking with her dog, Findley, who is named after one of her favorite getaway spots, Findley Lake, N.Y.
Jennifer Hollinger, Assistant
Jennifer is our bather. Jennifer is passionate about her work and strives to give the best, most calming bath your dog has ever had. She is meticulous in her work and provides exceptional results every time. When Jennifer is not at the salon, she is often playing with her dog, Sophie, or simply relaxing with her husband, Lee.

When are you open?
We are open 8am - 4pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. We are open 11am - 7pm on Thursdays. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
Does my dog have to be leashed upon arrival?
Yes. Please keep your dog leashed at all times.
Does my pet need to be vaccinated?
Yes. Shadow & Co. requires that every animal be up-to-date on their rabies vaccination. We recommend your pet also be up to date on the Bordatella. Please bring a copy of your pet's vaccination records to your first appointment. Shadow & Co. is not responsible for any illness or injuries resulting from non-vaccinated pets.
Where can I park?
Parking is available on Isabella St.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks and credit cards.
Is your building wheelchair accessible?
No, our building is not wheelchair accessible. There is one step in the front of the shop. Call when you arrive and we will gladly come out to your car!
My dog has fleas. What should I do?
Please tell us before you arrive so we can take necessary precautions to ensure no other dog is affected.
Can my dog stay all day?
Please call or text us to discuss an extended stay at the shop.

This place is amazing! My dog has really sensitive skin and I told the owner my concern and she went above and beyond to make sure Shady was taken care of. This was the first groomer I got there and shady didn't want to leave! Usually she is trying to bolt out the door. My dog has never been softer and not itchy after an appointment. Just took my pup there for my first experience with a dog groomer (first time dog owner here) and let me tell you— these ladies are awesome!!! They are friendly, have excellent customer service and their shop is very clean.
They went above and beyond for me. I had previously made an appointment for a bath but since my dog had an accident and decided to jump in that said accident- she got a bath a day too early. I called explaining and just asked for a nail clipping. NO PROBLEM AT ALL!
ALSO my potty training toddler needed to use the bathroom and the helpfulness these ladies offered to me was just amazing! Thanks again for all the hospitality!

Policies
Cancellations:

Cancellation and rescheduling of an appointment, by the client, requires 24 hours’ notice. Failure to give the required 24-hour notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the service scheduled ($25 minimum).

In the event of inclement weather, a family emergency or any other uncontrollable circumstance, the groomer has the discretion to waive the fee within the 24-hour period.
No-Shows:
-
We reserve the right to charge 75% of the service fee due to the loss of revenue caused by a "no-show". Please make every effort to call and cancel or reschedule, when possible, to avoid such situations.

If you are 30 minutes late to your appointment, you will be considered a "no-show" and will need to be rescheduled.
